Brett Miles, MD, DDS, FACS, is Professor and Chair of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital, Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital in Manhattan, and Vice President for Otolaryngology Services Western Region Northwell Health System, New York, NY, USA. Dr. Miles also serves as the surgical lead for Head and Neck Oncology for the Northwell Cancer Institute in New York.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Miles is a dual board certified, fellowship trained head and neck oncologist and microvascular surgeon. A recognized expert in the field of head and neck oncology, microvascular reconstructive surgery, and robotic surgery, Dr Miles has lectured both nationally and internationally and published extensively in peer-reviewed literature. He has served as principal investigator and co-investigator on numerous funded studies and interventional clinical trials related to oncology, robotic and reconstructive surgery.
